This "New Year's Eve" at the "HK" will be celebrated in an unusual style,
We create the Menu beginning from our list of vintage wines, all first class brand-name wines.
Fist of all we chose the wines, than we decide, with our Chef,
the dishes that can be combined with the wines.
All the Gala Dinner Menu was completed with this "philosophy".
Certainly our choice seems to be against the stream, in fact, normally,
the vintage wines are not included in a Gala Dinner Menu but, this time,
our wish is to realize a poetry of taste, fragrance and flavour
awaiting the New Year in a charming and perfect atmosphere.
"Harmony of the New Year's Eve" is the name given to the Menu.
We hope that this new conception of hospitality will be for all our Guests
the way to dream about something good during all year 2010
